Position Reports to:Vice President Technology Manager Objective:
The Jr. nCino Administrator will enhance operational efficiency and user experience by assisting in the implementation of new features, troubleshooting issues, and providing training and support to end-users. They will document system configurations and processes, assist in application management, and support project management activities to ensure timely delivery of milestones.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration and configuration of the nCino Platform. Provide first-level support to end-users and clients, troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Support user account management, including creating and updating profiles, roles, and permissions. Perform standard system configuration, customization, and maintenance. Help develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows. Stay current with nCino and Salesforce updates, best practices, risk and industry trends. Document system configurations, processes, procedures and helpdesk ticket steps to resolution. Assist in application management, including monitoring system performance and implementing enhancements. Support project management activities, such as tracking project progress, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Assist in the preparation for examinations and audits Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.Support & Training User Onboarding:
Conduct onboarding sessions for new users, ensuring they understand how to navigate and utilize the nCino system effectively.Training Sessions:
Organize and deliver training sessions to educate users on new features, updates, and best practices within the nCino platform.Documentation:
Create and maintain procedures, user guides, and other training materials to support end-user education and self-service.Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from users to identify common issues and areas for improvement in training programs.Support Ticket Management:
Track and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication with end-users. Collaboration with nCino Administrator:
Work closely with nCino administrator to escalate complex issues and implement effective solutions.Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with the latest nCino and Salesforce updates to provide accurate and current training to users.Delivers PCX:
The Platinum Client Experience Relationships and Contacts Collaborates with other Salesforce/nCino Administrator through various channels. Interacts with Executive Management, Project and Department Managers as needed.Works with third parties:
Salesforce, nCino, and other integrated vendors.Internal Stakeholders:
Collaborate with various departments, including IT, commercial lending, and operations, to understand and address their needs related to the nCino platform. Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the nCino platform.Project Teams:
Participate in project teams to assist with the implementation of new features and system upgrades. Regularly update management on system performance, user feedback, and ongoing projects. Engage with client support teams to address user issues and improve system functionality.Knowledge:
nCino Bank Operating System:
Basic understanding of the nCino platform and its functionalities.Salesforce Platform:
Basic Knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user management, security, and data management.Banking Processes:
General knowledge of banking operations and processes, particularly in commercial lending and Deposit Account Opening.Data Management:
Understanding of data integrity, data migration, and data quality principles.Computer Management:
Strong Windows-based PC and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)Skills:

Education and/orExperience:
Bachelor's degree in a Business or technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science and Information Services) preferred. High School diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of experience as an nCino Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, or in a related role. Basic knowledge of nCino Platform and Salesforce platform. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. nCino Administrator Certification and Salesforce Administrator Certification are a plus but not required.Physical Demands:
