You'll receive full support and training, and while no license is needed to start, you must be willing to obtain your Personal Lines license within a few months of hire .

What You'll Do:

Connect with potential clients through calls, referrals, and follow-ups Recommend personal lines insurance products based on client needs Close new business and build lasting relationships Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

What You Bring:

High energy, confidence, and a competitive drive Strong communication and people skills Willingness to obtain Personal Lines license (we'll help you get there!) High school diploma or equivalent Sales experience is a plus but not required
