I JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing the removal, installation, and startup of HVAC equipment in single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the trade Install furnaces, duct work, high/low voltage circuits, finish grills, minor dry wall repair etc. on properties installation of Sheetmetal includes installation of gutter, downspouts, wall to roof, rake metal flashings along with chaise caps and roof crickets Must understand the complete installation of HVAC and Sheetmetal on a residential tract home. Install flues, kitchen hood and refrigerant lines. Must know how to install an air conditioner, braze refrigerant lines and check for leaks Maintain company-issued car; secure and organize tools, maintain equipment inventory, change oil and wash car as necessary. Clean workspace in homes after removal or installation is complete. Perform all other related duties as directed by supervisor.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS
4-year minimum experience with HVAC retrofit install/ startup required. Must possess a valid California driver's license; clear DMV report required. High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written formats, bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred. Must possess basic math skills, capable of handling money payments. Must manage e-mail, phone calls, etc. from cell phone. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to navigate the use of ladder-minimum of 6 foot up to 12 foot- with possible need for scaffold use to access rooftops. Must be reliable and trustworthy. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to interface with other Blue Mountain Inc. employees and customers in a professional and courteous manner. Must possess mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties.

The requirements listed below are representative of the physical ability required. Ability to Lift 70lbs Able to tolerate temperatures above 80 + for extended periods of time Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl Ability to transport a 6-foot ladder
