How do we make our communities better? Our Sales Associates support their local communities through theTCC Gives program. In support of this initiative, TCC gives 16 paidvolunteer hours/year, the opportunity to submit grant request up to$10,000/quarter, and the opportunity to get involved in companysupported quarterly community initiatives including: School RocksBackpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), andRock the Pantry (food drive). $60,000 per year

Excellent communication skills and the ability to stayconnected through Company resources. Able to perform operational procedures including store openingand closing responsibilities. Ambitious, self-driven individuals who are motivated by thepursuit of retail sales milestone goals. Effective at balancing customer experience and performancegoals. Attend and complete all required training and meetings fordevelopment. Engage in community giveback through volunteer events,donations, grants and more. Maintain a positive attitude, engage with energy, andparticipate/contribute equally. Qualifications At least a high school diploma. Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends,and holidays. Reliable transportation. This position requires the ability towork in multiple locations. Requires frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk,and bend for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed. Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on the needs of thebusiness. Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
