Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport demolition & MSW materials from storage to load staged roll off containers. Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning. Operates skid steer loader with multiple attachments and would perform multiple exchanges to facilitate different processes. Perform lot cleaning by removing debris manually and with equipment. Perform snow removal with each snow event along with salting and sanding to ensure a safe work environment. Direct customers to the proper location by material for offloading. Assist customers with unloading material when needed. Communicates with subcontractor to schedule delivery of material to disposal location. Perform facility and stormwater inspections with site manager. Education HS Diploma/G.E.D.
Pay:
$30.00- $35.00 Experience and Competencies Position requires the ability to work with both internal and external customers and provide outstanding customer service. Position requires effective communication skills. Perform inspections and report findings to manager.
