The ideal candidate possesses the following abilities: Prior experience in a bookkeeping role that worked with: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Bank Reconciliations. Proactive and detailed oriented in work prepared and presented. Ability to work in a team to complete projects together with regular communication and cohesiveness. Ability to multitask in a productive manner. Insight into the payroll process including wages, benefits and reporting. Moderate skill set in Microsoft Excel with the ability to demonstrate that skill set. Understanding and able to apply general accounting principles as it related to preparing journal entries for month end accruals is preferred. 2-5+ years of balancing general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations. Overtime and less than 10% travel will be required during peak seasons.
