The People & Culture Generalist of FGA works closely with local leadership and People & Culture to achieve business objectives and maintain an engaged workforce. As the People & Culture Generalist this position is responsible coordinating and collaborating with FGA leadership and People & Culture to deliver effective people services and manage the workforce.Compensation:

Coordinates with P&C shared services at Falck in CA (Payroll, Benefits, P&C Operations and Talent Acquisition) to ensure a positive employee experience Supports FGA management team and People & Culture Manager with People & Culture related issues Creates reports to provides updates to leadership on recruiting trends, retention and employee engagement. Supports local adoption of Global, National, and local P&C policies, programs and initiatives. Respond to employee inquiries related to People & Culture matters (benefits, leaves of absences, pay, workers compensation, work related injuries, etc.) in a timely manner Support new-hire orientation processes to ensure a good employee experience from recruitment to hire timeframe. Support proper onboarding and offboarding of employees. Support employees with leave of absence process and ensure proper documentation in HRIS. Support implementation of Falck initiatives locally. Works to resolve employee relations issues, providing counsel and guidance to employees and management regarding the appropriate application of company policies and processes. Conducts stay and exit interviews and provides reports to inform decision making. Maintains current knowledge of Federal, State and Local laws / regulations and reporting requirements affecting P&C functions. Support employees with leave of absence process and ensure proper documentation in HRIS. Maintain OSHA and compliance logs and reports. Support local P&C Manager with workplace investigations. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

The individual in this position must possess the following education requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business or a related fieldTravel Requirements:
Occasional 10% travel The role is expected to travel when needed primarily to Orlando-FL and Phoenix-AZ.Working Conditions:
