Role :
IVA (Intelligent Virtual Agent) Archiect. Description 1. Architect and design IVA solutions using Nuance Mix/Google
GDF CX/ AWS
Lex/ Microsoft Copilot Voice and Genesys Cloud CX. 2. Develop migration strategies to transition from DTMF-based IVR systems to IVA solutions. 3. Create scalable and secure architectures that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. 4. Lead the end-to-end deployment of IVA solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. 5. Collaborate with development teams to customize and optimize IVA functionalities. 6. Ensure solutionsply with industry standards and best practices. 7. Createprehensive solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides like
HLD, LLD
as applicable. 8.Maintain accurate documentation for future reference and training purposes. 9. Strong understanding of CX strategies, conversational AI, and natural language processing (NLP) 10. Experience working with enterprise large scale contact centre technology stack and design/documents solutions & integrations 11. Relevant experience in any of the bot platform like GDF/Lex is must. 12. Have experience working on integration with 3rd party APIs and CRM with the IVA/IVR systems. 13. have knowledge on secure coding practices and working knowledge onpliances like PCIDSS 14. additional knowledge on languages like Spanish and French-Canadian is desirable Role Act as SPOC for customer on all matters related to technical functions of the solution. Work with offshore/onshire developers to build the right solution Own the technical delivery part of the project.
