Job Overview:
- We are seeking a motivated and skilled Insurance Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote insurance products to clients, including health, auto, home, and life insurance.
- Identify clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct in-person or phone interviews with clients to understand their insurance requirements and preferences.
- Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend the best insurance options.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts, including current and potential clients, and partners.
- Manage and update client records, as well as maintain accurate and detailed records of sales transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and questions promptly.
Experience:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Experience with sales administration, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience with telemarketing or phone sales is beneficial.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and laws.
