Ensure the comfort and information of blood donors during phlebotomy process. Lead continuous improvement by fostering teamwork, empowering staff and facilitating effective communication. Assist the Manager or Supervisor in providing direction and/or supervision of Donor Care Technicians, providing input for employee performance evaluations.
