The person in this position will be responsible for assisting the Operations Team with various responsibilities and must be flexible and able to learn quickly. Currently we are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join our team and work with our clinic network and clients to ensure we get the information we need as quickly as possible, so our clients are happy; in addition, you will be trained as a project manager, managing your own clients.
Critical requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft office automation skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow through on task with a sense of urgency Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to get things done! Experience in a clinic or have a medical background Must have demonstrated exceptional work ethic, and excellent customer service skills High School Graduate, some college, minimum 3 years' experience in a medical office/clinic.Responsibilities include:
Working with occupational health clinics nationwide to retrieve medical data records Assisting Operations Team with various tasks when requested Learn how our operations work and assist with client projects Manage assigned client programs, including creating schedules, detailing accounts, providing instructions to our field technicians. All Background, Motor Vehicle, Credit and Drug Screen checks must provide favorable results.
