Essential Duties and Responsibilities Loan Onboarding Monthly loan invoicing and payment posting Process monthly remittances to lenders Bank Reconciliations Property Tax/Insurance Management Escrow Analysis Interface with lenders and borrowers to address issues Assist in Corporate Accounting functions Requires flexibility and adaptability to prioritize a fluctuating workload Candidate Requirements High school diploma (Associates or bachelor's degree in accounting preferred) Experience utilizing Microsoft Products including Word and Excel Prior customer service experience Excellent communication and customer relation skills Demonstrate ability to work quickly and independently Excellent organizational skills
