The firm is on the landlord side and only represents top end commercial clients (no residential work). This candidate must be able to try commercial landlord tenant cases themselves and have vast knowledge of the RPAPL. Although this hire will primarily be doing the L/T work, it would be great if they could also help with the other commercial work at the firm, as needed (all real estate related).
