Job Summary The incumbent of this position manages, protects and oversees company-wide HR data. Serves as subject matter expert dealing with highly personal, confidential and sensitive information, utilizing SAP/SuccessFactors and PC applications to research and analyze inquiries, produce data, run analyses and various reports to support legal inquisitions and requests for confidential data, numerous HR reports, including those regarding legal compliance with federal and state employment laws, and various business unit requests. Analyze and process company-wide requests affecting all types of employee pay records, as well as organization structure. Manage data integrity and educate/train HR personnel on key processes affecting HR employee master data. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma Associate Degree peferred 3 years of job-related experience with an associate's degree in human resources, personnel administration, HRIS, or related field. If no associate's degree, 5 years of job-related experience in Human Resources/Benefits, service representative work or other related experience is required. Should be self-directed, have strong customer service orientation, good written communication skills, possess ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and be able to work independently in a team environment. Maintain a high-level knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors and how it interfaces and affects other systems and transactions. Complete additional SAP/SuccessFactors training and execute testing for new releases. Maintain awareness of new HR Laws, benefit plans, and changes throughout the year and their impact in SAP/SuccessFactors. Significant knowledge and understanding of CITGO's HR policies, procedures and benefits is required for necessary analysis to occur. Understands benefits and payroll. Job Duties 1. Evaluate personnel action requests to confirm their alignment with CITGO's HR processes, ensuring they do not adversely affect employees, business workflows, or data security. When needed, partner with the requester to gather pertinent information or refine the request, ensuring it meets compliance standards before transaction is finalized. 2. Provide direction, guidance and training to HR professionals and Benefits staff on proper procedures to ensure appropriate workflows between SAP modules/SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Time impacting Payroll, Finance, SAP security, and Organizational Structure. 3. Manage the employment verification process with external financial institutions for employees across the company. This includes both verbal and written, such as mortgage verifications, letters of employment for various entities. Ensure compliance with regulations regarding information provided and maintain accuracy and timeliness in completion. 4. Collaborate with HR professionals, Managers and Business Units to analyze, design and/or restructure organizations. Ensure that positions and employees are appropriately aligned, costs are allocated to the correct cost centers, and reporting relationships initiate appropriate workflows within SAP/SuccessFactors. 5. Direct IT Production Support to configure other critical HR tables such as worksite for unemployment, hourly rate tables, salary ranges, etc. 6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures of technical HR processes affecting data in SAP/SuccessFactors. This includes updating comprehensive guidelines as technical upgrades are implemented in SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Time. These standard operating procedures serve as the foundational training material for company-wide HR staff, benefits staff, compensation analysts and service center staff. 7.
