Job Duties :

Greet each customer immediately in a courteous manner Identify customer requests Follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policies Maintain current knowledge of vehicle service requirements, operations, warranties, campaigns, etc. Maintain current knowledge of state and local laws and regulations related to automotive service and repairs Complete accurate repair order in accordance with dealership policies Learn product knowledge with web based training, and live in-classroom courses Perform at satisfactory sales and guest satisfactory index levels Ensure that the guest has a

dealership experience Job Requirements include, but are not limited to - Customer Facing experience (Automotive Service Writing a plus) Positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods of time Computer Proficiency (Reynolds and Reynolds a plus) Valid drivers license with good driving record Strong communication skills
