Required Skills and Abilities Strong facilitation and communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings Ability to design and deliver effective training programs Familiarity with common LMS platforms and employee engagement tools. Analytical mindset for evaluating training outcomes and retention metrics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and maintains confidentiality Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and Experience A High School Degree is required; an associate or bachelors degree in human resources, education or another related field is highly preferred A minimum of three to five years of experience in onboarding, training or related function, preferably in property management, hospitality, or commercial real estate environment Experience with standard LMS tools, Property Management Software (PMS) or similar software is preferred; experience with Entrata Core is highly desirable Working knowledge of common sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed required Understanding of the commercial real estate industry multifamily sector is preferred but not required Physical Requirements Expected work hours: 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and the ability to work hours that support business needs
Travel:
Frequent and regular business trips with overnight stays are required to various business locations and properties (traveling approximately 50 of the time); may need to drive a personal vehicle for business Work environment and physical demands: General office environment; must be able to walk properties to conduct training
