Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
Join our collaborative digital team and play a vital role in our transition to WebFlow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with all web technology and has the technical expertise to work independently to create, maintain, and update our global website. You will be responsible for making our sites user-friendly, accessible, attractive, and secure. The ideal candidate is skilled at balancing technical know-how with a creative eye and rigorous attention to detail. Additional responsibilities include ongoing site maintenance, with particular attention to design, functionality, and areas for improvement. This front-end developer will work across teams and departments to plan, develop, maintain, and enhance our global website. Responsibilities Work closely with the website team to architect, implement and deploy a high-quality and user-focused website Optimize loading speeds and capacity, debug pages, and fix broken links or images Integrate web projects with third-party APIs and services Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new Webflow features, tools, and trends Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing web projects and implement fixes as needed Perform project reviews to ensure the quality and consistency of the Webflow project Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups into fully functional Webflow websites. Develop and maintain Webflow projects, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and optimal performance. Implement custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) when necessary to achieve specific functionalities or design requirements. Participate in project planning and provide technical insights to ensure the feasibility and success of the development process. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and fix any issues before launch. Job Qualifications:
2+ years experience as a front-end developer Experience with Webflow or similar content management system Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines Advanced knowledge of website management tools Strong understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills Familiarity with responsive design principles and the ability to create websites that adapt to various devices and screen sizes. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and tools.
