Panel Wireman 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Canonsburg, PA 15317 TOPS Staffing is currently looking to hire an experienced Contro l Panel Wireman for an expanding company located in the Bridgeville, PA area of Pittsburgh. This position will involve doing point to point wiring working form electrical prints or schematics. Will require use of both hand and power tools, to build electrical control panels by installing or mounting parts, fabricating (drilling and cutting) enclosures, assembling stacks, installing power wire and wiring harnesses. Candidates should have a working knowledge of wiring color codes, wires sizes, electrical schematics, creep and strike distances, ability to measure, and understand torque tolerances.

Job Details:

Daylight shift position - Monday to

Friday Hours:

7am to 3:30pm Pay rate: Based on experience but in the range of $20 to $25per hour

Duties/Responsibilities:

Use hand and power tools to perform assigned wiring work. Must be able to work from an electrical schematic or diagram in this position Must have prior panel wiring or control cabinet wiring experience Must be able to work independently in this position Perform electrical wiring work within the company's quality standards and productivity standards. In depth knowledge of wire color codes, wire sizes, creep and strike distances etc.

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or GED equivalent Associates degree in electrical or related field is highly preferred or work experience equivalent - 3 to 5 years of experience working in a similar position

Physical Requirements:
