An ideal candidate will be able to assist in troubleshooting and resolving end user computer/network related issues, and complete projects. Provide remote and onsite technical support to our clients. Document and resolve incoming service requests and alerts, including escalations and manufacturer support Collaborate with colleagues to achieve superior customer service Promptly answer phone calls and respond to 'tickets' Use required programs to complete 'tickets' (service requests) from customers Contribute to and maintain system, installation and configuration standards and procedures Share newly acquired information with peers to improve support team capabilities Comply with internal security controls and procedures for CMIT customers Be willing to be mentored and trained by others, increasing your own knowledge and capabilities Approach technical issues with root cause discovery and resolution in mind Communicate with clients as required: keep them informed of incident progress; notify them of impending changes or agreed outages Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Excellent communication skills and Customer Service focus at all times High degree of knowledge of Windows Operating System in a Business environment Knowledge of how Networks work and thus ability to troubleshoot (basic understanding of understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs etc Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge and understanding of MAC's Non-Technical Skills & Experience Ability to work in a disciplined, focused manner when working outside of an office environment Exceptional customer service skills High self-organization skills Ability to research and recommend new products Job Benefits Professional skill development Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Personal time Access to partner only self-study materials exclusively provided by leading IT vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, and more Being part of a technical team that help you grow your skills and knowledge Certification test fees paid if qualified Be part of a growing company and make an impactPay:
