Installing, configuring, and testing Avaya telecommunications systems and related equipment Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with Avaya systems Providing training to clients on the use and maintenance of Avaya systems. Maintaining accurate records of installations, repairs, and other activities. Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC).

Qualifications:

Experience with CS1K Basic Avaya Communication Manager (CM) experience is a plus Strong understanding of telecommunications technology, including PBX systems, VoIP, and related networking concepts. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently. Avaya certifications (e.g., Avaya Certified Professional) are preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Summary As an Avaya Technician, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining telecommunication systems, specifically multi-line phone systems, to ensure seamless communication within the organization.
