As a Regional Leasing Consultant, you'll impact the success of the Coastal Ridge Real Estate new development portfolio, specifically within Columbus and Central Ohio visiting a multitude of Conventional sites to fill in for vacant leasing positions. You will be responsible for providing support in the areas of leasing production and marketing for the assigned community. Additional overnight travel, outside of Central Ohio, may be required from time to time, depending on the needs of the business.Where You'll Work:
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a variety of Coastal Ridge Real Estate apartment communities across Central Ohio, on a rolling basis. This role is 90-100% travel, but will focus mostly on the Columbus, OH market.What You'll Own:
Participate in all aspects of the leasing process, including ensuring all leads are properly entered into OneSite, contacted, and followed up on; greeting prospects and providing tours; closing the sale; assisting prospects through the application and lease process, including ensuring the proper preparation and execution of the lease agreement and all screening procedures; monitoring and participating in the resident renewal process, and ensuring the clubhouse, model and all tour routes are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness. Drive individual and group leasing targets success for the community and proactively collaborate with the Property Manager to work through both opportunities and threats. Deep dive to strengthen both individual and team knowledge of the competitive landscape in the market through shopping competitors and keeping updated records of all offerings within the market. Establish an in-depth understanding of the property including selling points of the site and frequent objections from prospects, site leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability. Act as a full-time member of the on-site office team, providing support and assistance to all customer service efforts at the community, including dealing with escalated resident complaints. Drive both prospect interest and resident retention through coordinating and participating in a variety of site marketing efforts and events. Guide the leasing team in their leasing and marketing efforts, ensuring proper expectations are set and tools and resources needed for success are given. Coordinate and facilitate the Pre-Coverage and Project Completion calls with Property Manager and Regional Managers Assist the Property Manager in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting requirements. Travel within the assigned region will be required -100% of the time Other duties and projects as directed and assigned.What You'll Bring:
High school degree or equivalent required, bBachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience as a Leasing Manager or Assistant Property Manager required. Previous experience leasing at multiple properties and multiple markets preferred. Previous experience in both luxury conventional housing and student housing preferred. Experience with Onesite and Yieldstar preferred. Must be willing and able to travel across the assigned region 90-100% of the time.Who You Are:
