Job Description

Job Description Were looking for a Mobility Systems Administrator to manage company-issued mobile devices, ensuring functionality, security, and troubleshooting support. They are responsible for the daily operation and administration of mobility-related hardware, software, operating systems, and applications. Serves as escalation point for IT Service Center by managing service requests and resolving issues reported by system users. This role serves as an escalation point for IT issues and plays a vital role in keeping employees connected.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist employees with device setup, troubleshooting, and email configuration. Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as IBM MaaS360, Intune, AirWatch, and Apple Business Management to ensure security and efficiency. Work with cellular carriers to resolve activation issues and support company-owned hotspots. Oversee device ordering, tracking, and provisioning for iPads, mobile hotspots, laptops, and Chromebooks. Provide VIP support for urgent mobility-related issues (though rare). Oversee hotspot management, ensuring proper activation, tracking, troubleshooting, and service optimization. Maintain cost-saving documentation, monitoring usage, billing discrepancies, and identifying opportunities for expense reduction. Participate in high-impact mobility projects and vendor coordination. This role is perfect for someone with help desk experience, telecom knowledge, or mobile device administration who enjoys problem-solving and supporting enterprise mobility. This is an amazing fully remote opportunity with the desired Salary of $60,000-$70,000 with full benefits, matching 401k, PTO, and Holiday PTO.
