Maintain customer accounts by applying credits, processing small balance write-offs. Submit short paid and skipped invoices during application to credit personnel. Reconcile A/R daily between activity and trial balance. Maintain daily deposit log that reconciles to cash postings. Maintain non-trade receipts log. Update cash receipt batches. Assist with bank reconciliation. Reconcile accounts, researching skips & shorts-pays. Good attendance and adherence to work schedule. Other duties as assigned by management. ‎ : What you'll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Strong computer skills. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 10-key by touch. Good oral communication skills and telephone etiquette. Working knowledge of basic office machines. Good basic math skills. Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with others. Additional qualifications (if applicable) High school diploma. (or equivalent) 2-years collection and/or cash application skills.
