This position will report directly to the site Plant Engineering Supervisor responsible for the Lexington, Burlington, and Plymouth MA Locations. Collectively, these sites make up a total of approximately 260,000 GSF within business park settings. The position will be based out of the Lexington, MA site, located at 2 Forbes Road. This site consists of 22 acres, which supports one primary building totaling approximately 96,000 SF, housing approximately 160 employees. The Lexington Site provides support to three different business areas utilizing general office space, manufacturing facilities, environmental testing facilities, clean rooms and R D spaces. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and capable of working in a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate shall have experience in and be capable of the following: Familiarity with building automation systems: Niagara Tridium Johnson Controls Metasys Low voltage wiring installation and troubleshooting. Microsoft Windows 11 operating system Communications network protocols Full-time onsite: Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School diploma or equivalent Low voltage electrical license 2 years' experience in relevant field Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Journeyman electrician license Niagara Tridium basic operator qualification Niagara 4 certification 4 years' experience in relevant field.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

$62810 - $100540 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
