What we are looking for: Analyst / Specialist for Digital Printing to support the launch of Heidelberg's Jetfire 50 for highly flexible reliable all-around Inkjet digital printing. The position will need an advanced trained individual to support the launch of Heidelberg's Jetfire in North America. A total of 6 total machines in the sales forecast for 2026. Technicians need to be hired and trained to support the equipment, customers as well as service technicians. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in field service or maintenance of inkjet printing equipment. Any experience in color printing is strongly desired. Kennesaw GA What you will do: Troubleshoot, repair, conduct maintenance & train on Jetfire Digital equipment under service contract/warranty. Communicates with customers on any scheduling updates for the repairs. Follows through the service orders from beginning to closure. Support installation planning and technical installation of Jetfire Product knowledge and the ability to communicate clearly verbally and written (internally and externally). Provide Technical Analysis for the Territory service teams to reduce downtime / unplanned downtime for our Jetfire Product customer base. Plans and coordinates the delivery of the organization's services. Works on the schedule for technicians, assigns and tracks the progress of the repairs. Ensures that all the necessary resources are utilized to meet customers' expectations. Works with other departments including service managers and technicians to ensure customers' expectations are met. Manages notifications and work orders queues and maintains notes up to Reduce Costs associated to Technical escalations. Understand digital Workflow to assist customers Increase revenue by creating ideas of new retrofit programs Track service interventions for continual product improvement Escalation managementRequirements:
5-7 year experience either servicing or running digital printing equipment (Inkjet or toner based printing) Front end (RIP) workflow & knowledge Commercial Print experience would be helpful. Mechanically inclined with problem solving mindset Skills Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook Strong analytical skills Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels inside and outside of the organization. Ability to analyze complex situations and arrive to sound conclusions.Education and Experience:
