• We are seeking a skilled Advanced Tech Ops Engineer focusing on
EKS/ EKSA
Platforms to oversee and optimize our Kubernetes-based infrastructure, ensuring efficient deployment, scalability, and security. This role involves managing Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) and EKS Anywhere (EKSA) platforms, maintaining CI/CD pipelines via GitOps practices, and leveraging ArgoCD for automated application deployments. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud-native environments, infrastructure automation, and continuous integration/delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is ideal for a highly motivated, automation-focused DevOps engineer who thrives in a cloud-native and on-premise, containerized environment and is passionate about driving efficiency in modern software deployment workflows. Manage and optimize EKS and EKSA clusters, ensuring high availability and performance. Implement and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD. Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and monitoring. Troubleshoot and resolve Kubernetes-related performance and security issues. Collaborate with development teams to enhance deployment workflows and ensure smooth application rollouts. Monitor system health, set up observability tools, and implement proactive incident response strategies. Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices in Kubernetes environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with Amazon EKS and EKS Anywhere (EKSA). Proficiency in GitOps methodologies and tools like ArgoCD, FluxCD, or Jenkins X. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes networking, RBAC, and security best practices. Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Helm. Experience with monitoring/logging tools like New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack. Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation. Familiarity with AWS services related to Kubernetes, such as IAM, VPC, and Load Balancers. Nice to
