RMS 1LMX ERP
Transformation Team within Enterprise Operations is seeking a Staff IT Systems Engineer who will contribute to the overall plan to integrate all necessary RMS core and non-core applications to Enterprise tools and capabilities.
Your Mission:
In this role, you will lead efforts around defining technical requirements for all applications in the ERP program plan. You will work with application owners, program managers, and functional engineering managers to ensure effective execution on the program. You will be responsible for the following:
  • Applying critical thinking, analytical/engineering skills and problem-solving methodology to assigned tasks, to identify the problem, determine courses of action, develop paths ahead for task letion, and formulate reendations for leadership, status, and follow-up on task letion
  • Reviewing requirements, assisting in requirements verification and definition, and working with Enterprise Core & RMS to ensure standards are met
  • Facilitating, or participating in, meetings with clients, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders, to gather necessary information for interface implementations
  • Working with Project Managers to manage the successful letion of deliverables and adhere to project deadlines
  • Interfacing with the 1LMX Enterprise team to manage needs/requirements for the RMS applications
  • Reporting to upper management on status of overall program and business requirements within that larger program.
  • Removing roadblocks and enable unication between the different teams to ensure a seamless product is delivered that meets business needs

National Pay Statement Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $100,400 - $192,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
