• BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Desktop SupportSpecialist Professional for a Position in McPherson, KS.

• $40/hr.

• Minimum Qualifications (required)
• \• High School Diploma (or equivalent)\• Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similarrole.

\

• Proven experience with endpoint management software platforms,desktop provisioning technologies, and PXE\
• Advanced knowledge of Dell computer hardware and Printers\
• Proficiency in popular operating systems Desktop/Mobile (Windows,IOS, Android) and software applications\
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP\
• Familiarity with network connectivity, patching, port tracing andtroubleshootingGood to have\
• Bachelor\'s degree preferred in Information technology, ComputerScience, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, orrelated field\
• ITIL Certification\

Certification:

CCNA, A+, N+\

• Scripting/Automation knowledge (PowerShell)Physical Requirements\
• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional work hours andoccasional off hours to control interruptions to production processingand business impact\
• Ability to work in manufacturing environment wearing appropriate PPE\
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Top Three Skills:

• 2 years of desktop support (laptop and mobile as well)
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, In Tune
• Ability to work with a team and individual
