Job Description
Commercial Insurance Sales Agent Smart Choice Partners- FL, LLC Boca Raton, FL 33487 • Hybrid work Smart Choice Partners - FL is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Insurance Agent to join our team. We offer a competitive base salary plus attractive splits on all new commissions generated. This is not a commission only position. To qualify for this position, you must have knowledge of and a successful history offering commercial insurance products to business owners, managers, and other decision makers. Qualified candidates may have existing relationships with established clients and must be able to rapidly develop strong, trusting relationships with new clients, prospects, and community members alike. Experience developing a prospect base and offering all lines of business insurance is essential.
Responsibilities:
Ability to effectively advise customers and present insurance solutions that address their needs. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the community. Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets set forth in the business plan. Stay up to date on industry trends, insurance policies, and regulations to ensure accurate and informed sales practice. Understand and comply with laws and regulations related to insurance.Qualifications/Requirements:
Current 220 Florida State Insurance License is required. Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be highly self-motivated. Demonstrates well-developed computer skills (internet, email, Microsoft Office). Ability to prioritize and multitask. Bilingual preferred but not required. Knowledge of Agency Matrix Management system is a plusJob Type:
