This entry-level position involves assisting in various aspects of the insurance sales process, learning to assess client needs, and developing your skills in providing customized insurance solutions.

Salary:

$50000.00 - $70000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Leads Provided Uncapped Earning Potential Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Participate in training sessions to learn about insurance products, sales techniques, and industry regulations. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. Conduct research to understand market trends and customer needs. Help maintain and update client records and policy information. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and assisting with policy changes. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing customized solutions. Requirements High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. Valid insurance license in Property and Casualty AND Life, Health, and Accident OR a willingness to obtain both Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
