Responsibilities - The role is to track and manage financial data. This role will create and maintain financial records.Responsibilities include:
Keep QuickBooks up to date accurately. To include recording deposits and daily expenses. Manage/Maintain employee profiles/payroll/job status. Documenting transaction details Putting together financial reports Fact-checking accounting data Notify senior staff of any accounting errors Recording financial transactions Work in an officeQualifications/Certifications :
High school diploma or GED College degree a plus Organized and detailed oriented Knowledge of Microsoft office packages, spreadsheets skills are a must Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills 3-4+ years of proven experience Experience in the Real Estate profession is preferredBenefits :
