Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technology Coordinator to join our team in Trenton, New Jersey. The successful candidate will provide support in our Technology department to assist members and staff of the association. This position offers a hybrid work schedule allowing for two days of remote work per week on a 9am-5pm schedule; it is not a fully remote position and is subject to change. Limited travel may be required.
Primary Duties:
Assist with support calls and emails related to the various websites, services, and programs within the association. Monitor and assist with events, committee meetings, webinars, and other virtual, in-person, or hybrid sessions. Provides general technical support to staff, such as workstation setup, computer/phone/network troubleshooting, and related tasks. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose technical solutions. Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information or assisting with internal systems and member data. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Demonstrated technical training or education in information technology, computer systems, or a related field. This may include degrees, vocational programs, certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience. Proficiency in technical support for both Windows and Mac environments. Program management experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. A user-focused mindset with a commitment to providing quality support.
Preferred Skills:
Self-starter who takes great pride in their work, is detail oriented, and enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced, small office environment. Creative and efficient problem solver. Ability to work efficiently and independently on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Experience working with end users to translate business needs into technical solutions. Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States.
