Our 90-Day Sprint and consulting services are designed to equip businesses with the foundational tools they need to succeed, and we are looking for a tech-savvy IT Specialist to support our growth and enhance our clients' internal operations
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an IT Specialist , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CRMs, automations, and internal project management tools for our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each client's internal systems are streamlined, efficient, and scalable. You will work closely with our branding, marketing, and operations teams to integrate technology solutions that support business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CRM
& Automation Research, recommend, and implement CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) based on client needs. Configure and customize CRM systems, including automation of workflows, email sequences, and lead tracking. Integrate CRMs with other business tools (e.g., website forms, email marketing, payment processors). Provide training and documentation for clients and internal teams on CRM usage and best practices. Internal Project Management & Tech Tools Set up and optimize project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Trello) for internal and client use. Automate internal workflows to improve efficiency in task management and communication. Ensure seamless integration between different platforms (CRM, website, analytics, social media tools, etc.). Maintain data security and user permissions for all tech systems. General IT & Tech Support Troubleshoot technical issues related to CRM, automation, and project management software. Provide technical guidance to the Leveret Drive team and clients during their 90-Day Sprint. Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process automation and scalability. Assist in setting up API connections and integrations as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in CRM implementation, automation, and project management system setup. Strong understanding of workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Integromat). Experience with popular CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.). Familiarity with project management software (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Trello). Basic knowledge of API integrations and no-code/low-code automation tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members and clients. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client projects at once. Nice-to-Have Skills Basic understanding of web development (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify) is a plus. Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo).
