We are seeking a dedicated CT Manager to manage the CT operations, of multiple locations, and ensure high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with team members, overseeing employee schedules to meet clinical needs and assisting with shifts when needed. This role involves hiring, training, counseling, and evaluating employee performance, as well as collaborating with the Medical Physicist to optimize radiation protocols.Key Responsibilities:
Foster positive working relationships with team members and customers. Manage employee work schedules to balance clinical and business needs. Assist with covering shifts and provide backup support during high patient volume technologist call-ins. Handle hiring, training, performance evaluation, counseling, and terminations. Work with the Medical Physicist to ensure radiation protocols minimize exposure. Oversee QA/QC data collection and the implementation of procedural improvements. Monitor radiation exposure levels and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain TDH Inspection Manuals for regulatory compliance. Troubleshoot PACS system issues and coordinate with Biomed for repairs and maintenance. Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Leadership.Education Requirements and Other Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology with advanced certification in CT
- ARRT registered
