Job Description:

1st National Bank in Lebanon, Ohio, is seeking an experienced and motivated Loan Servicing Representative to join our team. This position is perfect for a self-starter who is adaptable, solution-oriented, and confident in handling challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Administration:

Manage hazard and flood premium payments, monitor flood insurance policies, process insurance cancellations, and arrange for forced-place insurance as needed. Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI): Handle monthly PMI payments, process cancellations, send required notices, and coordinate inspections.

Escrow Administration:

Distribute escrow notices, assist with real estate tax payments, monitor accounts for exceptions/delinquencies, and conduct annual analyses.

Collections/Loss Mitigation:

Contact delinquent homeowners, provide status updates to the loan committee, and implement strategies to prevent foreclosure (e.g., loan modifications, repayment plans, short sales, Deed in Lieu). Prepare and deliver GSE/PMI delinquency reports.

Qualifications and Abilities:

Previous experience in lending, loss mitigation, and familiarity with Freddie Mac guidelines. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues. Collaborate on projects within the department or across functions. Cross-train in areas within Loan Servicing to provide support during changes in volume. Perform other related job duties and special projects as assigned.

Compensation:
