Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Provide expert advice throughout the transaction process, from property showings to negotiating contracts and finalizing deals. Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation strategies. Offer valuable market insights to help clients make informed leasing and purchasing decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. Stay updated on local market trends, zoning laws, and commercial property regulations to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License. Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience. Proficiency with G Suite and a strong technical aptitude. Flexible schedule to meet client needs.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based with unlimited earning potential. Beyond your personal transactions, you'll earn commissions from your mentees' closings, with the potential to earn $150,000 or more annually. Plus, no need to find clients—coaching clients will be provided to you!
