What You'll Do:
Be the face of our store—greet customers, listen to their concerns, and guide them through their service needs. Coordinate with technicians to deliver timely and accurate service. Use a consultative approach to recommend products and services. Handle customer interactions with professionalism and care. Keep the store clean, organized, and operating to Big O standards.
What You Bring:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in vehicle maintenance, tire sales, or auto repair is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and a positive, can-do attitude. High school diploma or equivalent (tech certification a bonus).
