CRITICAL SKILLS

Test and Repair Gear:

Perform initial testing or repair on equipment to meet Dedicated Networks standards

Data Erasure:

Complete data wipe of storage devices and provide wipe reports

Product Inspection:

Perform basic counterfeit checks and cosmetic grading of equipment

Sorting and Routing:

Properly locate and annotate products in company software and on product labels

Documentation:

Record and save testing configurations for departmental use

Processes and Procedures:

Follows all work instructions applicable to the position All other duties ass assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma/GED; Associates degree in computer networking or computer science preferred Basic familiarity with MS Office Knowledge of IOS/Android apps sufficient to submit time Ability to learn industry software systems such as TeraTerm
