Your role will include troubleshooting and maintenance on cutting-edge automation equipment, ensuring the seamless operation of our electrical systems. Your Daily Challenge Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining machinery like trim presses, extruders, formers, crystallizers, dryers, conveyors, and grinders. Enhancing equipment performance through innovative modifications and upgrades. Managing documentation with accuracy and timeliness. Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment. Upholding company policies, safety rules, and regulations. Engaging in Maintenance Connection duties regularly. Flexible operation in various production areas. Who You Are Have a HS Diploma or equivalent. Possess over 3 years of experience as an automation technician in the manufacturing industry. Skilled in electrical systems, with knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprint reading (mechanical/electrical). Proficient in welding and fabrication—considered a bonus. Capable of effective problem-solving in electrical and mechanical setups, with a preference for PLC knowledge. Committed to safety with your own toolset ready for use. Team-oriented with effective interpersonal skills. Willing to accommodate overtime as needed. Experience in a manufacturing setting is indispensable.
