Work Schedule:

9 am to 5 pm - in-office position. 3-month contract with potential for permanency based on performance.

Fixed Salary:

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential and existing customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and local community engagement. Close new business sales and support customer retention efforts. Assist with marketing initiatives to drive awareness and sales. Collaborate with team members and utilize sales support resources to maximize earnings. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies. What you will need to succeed: High school diploma required; relevant sales experience preferred. Willingness to obtain a state insurance license in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance. Previous experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of converting prospects into customers. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Persuasive and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building long-term client relationships. Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and leads efficiently.
