Our client is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join their team. As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be part of the finance department supporting various operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

• What's the Job?
• + Distribute locally printed and special handling check payments and related communications.

+ Follow-up with vendors and document due diligence of outstanding and stale-dated check payments. + Post GRIR clearings as assigned and review GRIR balances. + Research and resolve vendor invoice/payment issues and assist with 1099 data collection. + Perform period end close requirements and support ad-hoc AP related research.

• What's Needed?
• + High School diploma; some college coursework preferred. + 1 - 2 years of experience in an accounting role within an office environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookup. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
