Job Description

Pay:
$24-$26/hr Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (flexible) Temp to Permanent hire ASAP start
Key Responsibilities:
Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system. Match purchase orders and receipts with invoices to ensure accuracy. Process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers on scheduled payment cycles. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including tax forms (W-9s). Assist with month-end closing processes and preparation of accounts payable reports. Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Support finance team with additional administrative or accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred. 2 years of experience in accounts payable. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
