P&C EngineerJob Description We are seeking a skilled P&C Engineer who can complete assignments within budget and schedule with a high degree of accuracy. The candidate will work under the direction of a P&C Group Lead and utilize AutoCAD Electrical (ACADE) based protection and control standards. This role involves the technical preparation of deliverables and other project documents, ensuring compliance with IEEE and/or client standards and applicable design requirements. Responsibilities Complete assignments within budget and schedule with high accuracy. Work under the direction of a P&C Group Lead. Utilize AutoCAD Electrical (ACADE) based protection and control standards. Prepare technical deliverables and project documents. Ensure deliverables comply with IEEE and/or client standards and meet applicable design requirements. Essential Skills Proficiency in Microstation and AutoCAD. Experience in Protection & Control, Substation design, and Electrical engineering. Familiarity with the design of One Line Diagrams, Control House layouts, Relay Panel Front Views, Elementary and/or Schematic Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams, Bills of Materials, and Cable Schedules. Expertise in utilizing AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical (ACADE). Knowledge of Power Systems or Substation Design. 4-6 years of relevant Electrical Substation P&C Design experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Electrical Engineering degree. Keen interest in learning and using the latest Autodesk software tools, methods, and technologies to develop Power Substation design. Work Environment This position offers the flexibility to work remotely for highly qualified candidates. The role requires occasional travel (1-2 days at a time, approximately once every two-three months) and occasional overtime as needed.
