GMC-Aledo Clinic Purpose:
Supports and provides safe, effective, and culturally competent care for clinic patients and families under the supervision of a registered nurse or practitioner. Key accountabilities include assisting the practitioner during procedures; communicating patient data for planning, implementation, and evaluation of care; using critical thinking skills and evidence-based practice; supporting Professional Practice Standards as defined by American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing (AAACN); and actively participating in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.

The job requires the provision of occasional guidance and training to others. The job does not have formal or official supervisory responsibilities.
Materials Responsibility:
Limited:
Work requires limited responsibility for material resources. Examples of resources could include supplies, equipment, inventories, small budgets, and other similar material assets. The employee has a limited amount of control over these resources. The cost of errors is also limited in terms of damage, waste or financial loss. Pay Range:
$20.53 - $30.80 per hour Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
