Job Duties:

Answer phones to assist customers with unique IT related issues Entering customer issues/resolution into ticketing system Ability to apply troubleshooting techniques and logical thinking independent learner and problem solver General knowledge and use of DNS, DHCP, AD, and Windows operating systems

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Drivers License Experience in solving various technical end user issues. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Experience in Sharepoint and Office 365 administration Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Intune Certification in A+, Net+, or at least 2 years' experience. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Excellent customer service is a must! Looking for a motivated, self-starter that is also eager to learn.

Compensation:
