Pay Range $62,600.00-$86,000.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus. The purpose of the Maintenance Scheduler's role is to minimize total maintenance costs by maximizing maintenance work force efficiency and productivity through detailed planning and scheduling of work orders. The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of manpower, parts, material, and equipment access. This position maintains liaison activities between Production and Maintenance Departments. Your Day to

Day:

Coordinate modifications of existing equipment and obtain engineering documentation to perform maintenance on impacted systems Develop scope of work, cost estimates, and job requirements of work requesters Open work orders in SAP and update information such as equipment numbers maintenance classification, budget item, or shutdown Preventive Maintenance (PM). Place purchase requisitions for labor/materials and follow up on orders and delivery scheduling Improve work order planning and scheduling process by reviewing maintenance metrics Coordinate timely and safe completion of maintenance work orders performed by contractors Responsible for Maintenance PM Shutdowns and equipment requiring maintenance May be required to perform other related duties as assigned What You Bring to the

Team:

High School/Technical School diploma Minimum of 3 years' scheduling experience SAP Experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to understand ISO requirements, inspections and audits Strong time/project management skills Solid organizational skills Primary work environment is typical of an office setting. When in the manufacturing facility, may be exposed to environmental conditions of cold, heat, high noise levels, moving mechanical parts, heights, dust/mist/gas/fumes, extensive walking or climbing, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical/mechanical and electrical work Knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and rotating equipment Ability to utilize and understand maintenance software systems Basic understanding of electrical equipment and electronics and a solid understanding of the interface between electrical and mechanical equipment.
