Our goal is to provide quality audio and video systems to enhance the client's brand image.
Job Description:
Our company is seeking a motivated, and reliable individual to join our team as an Audio Video Technician. Preferred two years experience pulling low voltage cabling on a commercial construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of audio, video, and data equipment at commercial establishments.
Responsibilities:
Installation and setup of audio, video, and data equipment at construction sites Completely handle jobs from prewire to commissioning of the AV system Make sure installs are completed at the highest quality and sites are left clean at the end of each day Communicate completion results each day Carry ladders and equipment to job sites using a personal vehicle Ensure equipment is in good working order before and after each installation Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure audio and video needs are met Communicate with construction superintendents Have an eye for quality in all equipment installations, and cable management Learn and stay up-to-date with the latest audio and video technologies, and trends
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent Must have a truck to get to job sites and transport ladders/equipment. Experience with a scissor lift Must have experience pulling wire in drop tile and open ceilings Must have experience installing flush mount and surface mount speakers Must have experience installing TV mounts and TVs Must have experience installing projector mounts, projectors and projector screens Must have experience installing commercial processors, mixers, amplifiers, AV content players, network switches, patch panels Must be proficient at interpreting blue-prints/one-line diagrams Know how to operate power tools, drill, rotozip, saw-zall, etc Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and nights Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Must have a client-first mentality Must be flexible with hours (we do not have set quit times, we have completion goals) Some out of state travel is required
Benefits:
