Rogosin is one of the premier centers for the diagnosis and management of kidney disease in the country. The Institute also treats patients with diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders and conducts research in these areas. We are seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator for our Dialysis Division. The successful candidate will perform duties related to all phases of staffing, scheduling and timekeeping. This position will coordinate scheduling and staffing to ensure sufficient staff coverage for all shifts. Works with clinical and administrative departments to project staffing needs and achieve required staffing levels. Utilizes and maintains staffing scheduling software/programs to schedule shifts, monitor staffing levels, and input related data. Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Collaborates with the dialysis management team to ensure that staff is scheduled, as per staffing needs policy and procedure
  • Coordinate and plans staff schedules, taking into consideration the needs of facility.
  • Manages last minute changes in scheduling due to sick calls, OT, extra shifts etc.
  • Communicate staffing needs with management team
  • Maintain and develop a continuous evaluation of accrued time
  • Prepares master and daily schedule as required
  • Performs other related duties as required.
We require a high school diploma along with 2 years of related experience. Knowledge of ADP WFN payroll and timekeeping as well staffing scheduling software is a plus. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Interested applicants should forward an updated resume and salary requirements.
