OF JOB OPPORTUNITY
Account Clerk 2 MINIUMUM
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED with six months experience in general bookkeeping, accounting, cash handling, determining eligibility or two years clerical experience involving record keeping, spreadsheets, and/or database maintenance. Requires proficiency in Excel, Word, and SharePoint. Ideal candidate possesses strong organization skills and is attentive to detail.
CLASSIFICATION
Pay Range 5 - $38,854.40 to $51,168.00 annually based on experience
DUTIES:
Primary duties of this position will be to analyze, code, prepare, and reconcile expense reports, invoices, vouchers, accounts, and remittances. Position identifies and corrects discrepancies, completes contract routing, tracks inventory and reports changes for the county inventory, and is the Random Moment Survey (RMS) back up. Position involves working with vendors and creating and maintaining various spreadsheets for tracking information.
