Compensation:

$75,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer's or listing agent Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients Enter inbound leads and past clients' current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us

Qualifications:

One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry Must possess a real estate license Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Applicants must have a Texas Real Estate License About Company The Amanda Bell Realty Group is local to DFW, TX.
